kennedytwaddle is a design studio primarily involved in the refurbishment and design of buildings. The practice was set up in 2000 by Gary Kennedy and Chris Twaddle who met while studying at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee in the early 90’s.
Gary Kennedy MA RCA
Born in 1970 in Bangor, Northern Ireland, Gary completed a Bachelor of Design Degree in 1994 at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee. A Masters of Art in Architecture and Interiors at the Royal College of Art followed. Prior to setting up the company experience was gained in the music and film industries.
Chris Twaddle MDes
Born in 1969 in Greenock, Chris completed his Bachelor of Design degree in 1993. After a spell working with Architects in Rome he returned to Dundee to undertake a Masters in Design programme. Following this he spent 5 years working in an international architecture and design consultancy’s Glasgow and London offices which included projects in Holland.
